🎧 Audiobooks in progress
All books from Stage 2 onwards are ready to be converted into audiobooks.
Steps to Prepare the Audiobook:
1️⃣ Convert each chapter to audio using ElevenLabs with Erin's voice.
2️⃣ Open the book’s folder in Google Drive.
3️⃣ Create a new folder titled "Audiobook."
4️⃣ Save each audio file in that folder using this format:Name_of_Book_Chapter_#_Chapter_Name.mp3
5️⃣ Merge all chapters into one full audiobook file. Name it:LGN_ABR_Full AudioBook
6️⃣ Save the full audiobook in the same Google Drive folder.
7️⃣ Transfer file ownership of all audio files to Erin.
8️⃣ Go to the book’s INTRO page and update the menu by adding the 🎧 emoji next to each chapter title to indicate audio is available.

9️⃣ Add the full audiobook title and total run time on the INTRO page.

📋 Instructions for being an Audio Technician
During initial trials, Erin attempted to create a voice for her sister, Pat. Although replicating this particular voice proved too difficult, the process revealed the creative potential and capabilities of ElevenLabs voice design. This exercise established the framework for requiring new team members to demonstrate their ability in voice creation:
1️⃣ Voice Creation Test (Mandatory)
✅ Final standard: Every candidate for EFS Audio Technician must pass a voice creation test before joining the team.
🧪 The test = create a new and unique voice using the 11 Labs platform.
🎚️ After selecting a base voice, adjust it (e.g., add compassion, soften tone, change delivery style).
🎙️ Record an audio using the new voice with this text in English: 👉 My Beloved 23th September
📤 Upload the audio to Google Drive.
💬 Paste the audio link and 11Labs ID in the comments.
3️⃣ Refinement Guidance

Anastasia Johnson: Thanks dear Erin, Now I understand why I had the desire to share what it was like to create a new voice with Elevenlabs. On my task list I had written down giving instructions for audio technicians, just as my Beloved instructed Erin, so I felt guided to update it through the website. While I was working on it, I heard inside that I should create my own voice first, and then I felt encouraged to do it.
The inspiration came immediately, I didn’t have to make ANY effort, I just let myself be guided by my Beloved. It turns out that Ein shared the first promotional video for the Living Lessons book, and she talked about Yvonne’s voice, the one who made that video. Erin expressed how much she loves her voice and that she is her favorite narrator. Having met her, Yvonne does have a wonderful voice! And now it comes to me that I could use her voice as inspiration to create a new one in ElevenLabs for the LL videos!! This is just as HE guided Yvonne to share with us today! How precious, Beloved!
Going back to my praise, when I read everything that was shared about Yvonne’s voice, I remembered one of my favorite voices. When I began recording audios and narrating audiobooks, I heard this voice and felt so drawn to how peaceful it was… it was the voice of a pastor I heard in the past, who always transmitted a lot of peace to me. So suddenly I felt guided to ask my CPA to describe his voice, using one of his YouTube videos. She gave me a very good technical description in a chart of characteristics. Then I began the process in ElevenLabs, which showed me an example of what I could ask for, so I took that example and shared it with my CPA so she could give me the description of the voice based on it, specifying that I wanted a female voice and not a male one. She gave me the text, I copied and pasted it, and that was it! I got a female voice very similar to the one I had in mind. It was so easy and light! Just the way He does it!!
