When you create videos for any of our books, you’ll find the best script right on the book’s cover page! Just copy and paste directly from there; this keeps the wording correct and honors the author’s own words.
Tip: If the cover or back cover doesn’t have all the information you need, just let us know, we’re happy to help!
🎬 ✍️Scripts for Promotional Videos
When you create a promotional video, for example, promoting a special offer like buying a packet of five books, keep these tips in mind:
1️⃣ Emphasize “For a limited time.”
2️⃣ Highlight the offer clearly: “Buy 3, Get 2 FREE.”
3️⃣ Always write FREE in ALL CAPS, people love seeing that word!
4️⃣ Always mention that the promotion is for a limited time or include the valid dates. If you don’t, you’re obligated to honor the promotion as long as it’s out there, and on the internet, that could be forever!
5️⃣ Be mindful that if you state a specific date, the video may become outdated once that date passes.
🎵 Audio length: keep it under 1 minute.
⚡ Credits alert: don’t edit in ElevenLabs (it uses up credits).
🗒️ Edits: make all changes directly in the document.
🔊 Pro tip: read the script aloud before converting to voiceover.

Instructional Embedded Videos using ChatGPT + B Roll
1️⃣ Record the Message
Ministers record as usual, using a platform with a built-in transcript feature (e.g., Zoom).
2️⃣ Generate the Script & Title
The EFS TEAM uses ChatGPT with the transcript to:

Create a short, concise, and clear narration script.

Craft a compelling and memorable title.
(Tip: How the request is phrased is the key to getting great results.)
3️⃣ Capture B-Roll Footage
EFS TEAM records silent B-roll video—shorter than the narration—focusing on relevant close-ups of the subject.
4️⃣ Add Script to Video
The script is added in each language (LNG) to the video clips to complete production.
5️⃣ Publish to YouTube
Upload the finished YouTube Shorts to RMI’s Instructional Playlist, using the proper hashtag (NRP, WordPress, LNG, etc.).
6️⃣ Embed on Website
Once complete, the requesting minister embeds the YouTube video onto the relevant website pages.
7️⃣ Announce on RMIOU Blog
Post an update announcing the new video.
8️⃣ Train for Replication
EFS TEAM trains a 3C so IPMs can easily record their first video and request assistance via comment at:

Never create a new instructional video if a suitable one already exists on YouTube for teaching or training.

📽️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR MARKETING VIDEOS
A short informative video from Erin with tips on MARKETING: pricing, font size, font, color, and adding words such as “just” and “only.”

Display the book cover image consistently, almost like a watermark, so it stays visible the entire time.

Make sure the approved script runs in sync with the visuals and audio. Add CC to the video. Place them a little below the middle of the video so they're readable and aren't interrupted by other app ads.

Choose video clips with people from the same nationality or cultural background to keep the visuals cohesive and avoid distractions.

When wordcounter.net shows that the Speaking Time of the script is greater than 50 seconds, take the script to ChatGPT and ask them to "condense it while maintaining the style." If it's still long, ask them to condense it even further while maintaining the style.

Purpose:
Use praise reports to promote ministry materials and inspire others through video testimonies.

1. Create the Main Video
- Each team member is encouraged to include their personal testimony:
- How a specific book changed their life or marriage.
- Write their story and refine it using ChatGPT if needed.
- This contribution helps build their unique ministry and may:
- Qualify for a book percentage, or
- Be considered a spiritual investment (heavenly reward).

- Use ElevenLabs to convert each praise report (text) into audio.
- At the end of the praise video, add a short promotional clip for a book related to the testimony.
- Once the video is complete, embed it into the blog post containing the praise report.
