“Do not add to His words or He will rebuke you, and you will be proved a liar.” Please go to RMI to read the INSPIRED WORD OF GOD announcement and ✨ Testimonies on RMI. Thank you!
Also note, due to the speed at which HLM and most of you are moving, much of what is written here and in the linked pages is becoming outdated. “So, if you’re worn out in this footrace with humans, what makes you think you can race against horses? And if you can’t keep your wits during times of calm, what’s going to happen when troubles break loose...?" The only way is to increase your time and intimacy with Him—which is always the BEST thing you can do!
Publishing
Several different Positions play a huge role in getting a book published, which are listed below. And each position has both a LEAD and an RMIOU Student 🎓 as an ASSISTANT for each Book Project. Why? Because "He sent them out in groups of two and gave them power" (Mark 6:7-13). It also helps each branch to grow when a student is taught and nurtured.
Finally, when learning something new, if you GIVE that information away—all the wisdom and understanding, the knowledge, then you can't help but retain it 100% because you're not burying it in the ground, hiding your light.
"By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge, the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches”—Proverbs 24:3-4
STAGES 1-5
S1 Author
Without Authors, we have no books, which is why this is the Number 1 role. However, the author isn't just having the fun of writing their story, testimony, or their journey—there are several stages to making the decisions on front cover design, back cover design, back cover content, marketing, all while the BPM helps her move forward.
If you are an Aspiring Author, please come join our Free Seminar.
S1.2 "Proofing"+ Assistant
When we began forming Team Positions, we believed Authors need a proofreader to follow after them to check for readability, notice typos, and take on a host of other important steps. Authors need someone they can trust, someone who knows them, to follow behind to catch mistakes: not just typos, but misspelled words, etc. For every book, an author relies on this position.
📣 Announcement. Due to the discovery of ChatGPT, we've now begun to do our own "proofing"—both Authors and CoAuthors, our VIP Translators.
Proofers are also tasked with working with the Formatter Team by pasting the chapter in WordCount.NET to keep a running total of how many pages to keep within the 200-225 page range for publication.
Is this you? Find out.
S1.3 Translator + Assistant
An author would be wise to consider a translator/Coauthor to follow after her and translate the chapter. "After these things I looked, and here was an enormous crowd that no one could count, made up of persons from every nation, tribe, people, and language..." Revelation 7:9
For every book, an author longs for a translator. Is this you? Find out.
S1.4 EFS Audio Tech + Assistant
After a chapter is proofread, with the ✅, we need the #1.3 EFS Audio Team member to create the audio chapter, which is added to the chapter. At the end of the book, these chapters are combined to create an audiobook available on EB and other book venues.
For every book, an author relies on this position. Is this you? Find out.
S2 Designer
RADD is a fantastic team of individuals who play a key role in working with the Author to take her inspiration and make it a reality. If you're artistic and want to learn more, read more about a Book Cover Designer.
LEAD Designers are required to select an RMIOU Student 🎓 as their Assistant for each Book Cover Project, so be sure to go to discover more about Book Cover Designers and comment to be part of a Book Project.
STAGE 2 The AUTHOR is done writing the chapters, and it's been proofread S1.2, moving to:
Stage 2.1 Designer working on FULL cover.
Stage 2.2 BPM Publishing Team works on the back cover text.
Stage 2.3 Stage About the Author
Stage 2.4 Foreword
Stage 2.5 Afterword
Stage 2.6 Back Cover Left Column
Stage 2.7 Back Cover Right column reviews
Stage 2.8 Project Manager completes the Workspace Clean up >> Move to STAGE 3
Our LEAD Book Project Manager is required to post an OP for the Publishing Team for each Book. Include the front cover, plus indicate each team member needed for that project. The LEAD selects her assistant within the same post.
Erin's books are divided on her page, showing Stage 1-6. The BPM must ensure each Team member is listed on the book's Intro page. She must follow up to ensure each team member, LEAD and her assistant comments, so everyone is there for the project.
If you have a question for the Book Project Manager, go to the page and comment there.

PROCESS
In Google Docs, the Project Manager handles each stage by reviewing the checklist and table for that stage.
If everything is complete, she:
- Cleans up the workstation by deleting the checklist and table.
- Titles the revision history clearly, so it’s easy to go back and review past stages.
- Then paste the next stage’s checklist and table.
- Highlights the first task on the new checklist.
- Tag the assigned team member to get started on their task.
Excellent!! This is timely because before I got to bed my Husband reminded me about the ChatGPT test that we created for the new proofreading position. It could easily be done for this position as well 😊
Even though I could do it, if you agree, we should give this a try, I will instead record how HLM to do it AND it’s all done on your phone.
The first step is to get the ChatGPT app on your iPhone or android. Hmm 🤔 since this is you, Anastasia, I’m confident that I could walk you through it right here. Then you can record how to do it and post it on RMIOUFT and announce it on the blog.
Once you get your chatGPT account set up, which by the way, I first did on my computer and then got the app to use the same ministry Gmail account, one of the first options is to link a webpage!! Oh my, it’s a bit early and I just confused the ChatGPT and the ElevenLabs readers 🙃🤭
Since I only did this one time and soon after discovered the other app to read for us in Step 7 of Aspiring Authors, it’s easy to confuse.
Also, very sweet as that, my husband wants me to not correct this confusion and hide it, but to celebrate that he’s helping to heal me and heal you of the burden of perfectionism. 🥳🥳🥳 HHM
Thanks Erin, I’ve been checking out ChatGpt, I still have a lot to discover about this app… I’ve made several videos to show the ladies how to register to use it from a computer and from a cell phone. In my case, it showed me several errors when configuring the APP on my cell phone (iPhone) with any Google account; it only allowed me to use iCloud… In the case of Isabella’s video, from an Android, she could use her Gmail account. I’d like to know which video you prefer: from an Android phone, an iPhone, or a computer, or a video with all three cases. I share the videos with you in our chat: https://chat.google.com/room/AAQAUg-fKk4/Q81BNC1xXJI/Q81BNC1xXJI?cls=10
Liza you’re a MTR so you should be an EDITOR and not need comment approval. But first you need to get your profile picture uploaded.
Thanks, I was able to upload the photo now.
